Carolyn and I got along so well, and she really understood what we were looking for in a real estate agent. I had already tried the "for sale by owner" method of selling our home, but with my husband having already moved to our new location to work, it was difficult to do this by myself. Carolyn stepped right in, and laid out her plan to sell our home, and didn't sugar-coat the situation. We were headed into the fall and winter months, and even though we'd already done a lot of work to improve and update our home, we still had more to do. We listened to her advice, and did what was necessary. Selling a home in Wisconsin in the winter is never easy, but working with someone like Carolyn, and the kind and patient person she is, made it so much less stressful. I ended up moving to where my husband already was, so our home was vacant for a few months. Carolyn made sure it was looked after, clean, and secure at all times. She consistently kept us informed as to the number of showings, and how well it showed, and what we might need to "tweak" in regards to our selling price. We followed her advice, and our home sold in a timely manner, at a good price, and with the least amount of stress to us. Up front, the reason we deducted a star from "local knowledge" was really something out of Tonya's control. Zillow chose a realty that was 30 miles from where we looking for a home. However, our first impression of Tonya sold us! She was kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Tonya knew what to look for while we toured many, many homes, i.e. cracks in basements or any other red flags. This was especially crucial when we had to wave the house inspection just to be competetive in this crazy market against multiple offers. And it worked! We got the house--thanks to her great insticts and market analysis. Additionally, Tonya's responsive was always reassuring to us as inexperienced home buyers and part of the reason we were able to get our forever home. We were confidently able to put an offer within 4 hours after the house was listed! All that said, we highly recommend Tonya as a realtor and a person most of all!!!

He then asked for more detail in regards to the home i was interested in and then began sending me homes that fit my interest. I sent him 3 homes i wanted to view and the day i could and he got everything set.
